These activities are available for educational travel for a group of min. 25 max 50 people (each half-day)
1.1) Path discovery "Murgia Timone: photo photos ": a walk in the park for its historical aspects, archaeological and naturalistic; Through direct observation, led by the insights offered by simple photos, participants visit the Neolithic village and the tombs of bronze age, two frescoed rock churches, Gravina di Matera singles, overlooking Sassi, also visiting caves, pastoral settlements and cisterns for water collection. Vision of the movie “THE PARCO DELLA MURGIA MATERANA”. (Euro 7,00 person)
1.2) Laboratory “THE TECHNICAL DELL'AFFRESCO” Actually the kids experience retracing every step technique: preparation of ’ plaster, cartone, spolvero, pittura. (Euro 11,00 person)
2.1) Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera: through narrow streets and neighborhoods of suggestive rioni dei Sassi Barisano and Caveoso, conurbation with examples of architecture excavated and constructed by ’ man (Euro 2,50 person)
2.2) Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera and guide at the National Archaeological Museum “D. Ridola” (Euro 3,50 person)
2.3) Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera and the common water tank of Sasso Caveoso “Palombaro San Giovanni” (Euro 4,50 person)
2.4) Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera and the entrance to the “Cave House” (Euro 4,50 person)
2.5)Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera and admission to “Palombaro San Giovanni” and to the “Cave House” (Euro 6,00 person)
2.6) Visit to the Rioni Sassi di Matera and admission to “In Basilicata” ’ contemporary art museum (d). (Euro 5,50 person)
