Railways

From the Tyrrhenian coast:
Join the Salerno – Reggio Calabria. Follow the signs to Power. Then follow the SS Metaponto 407 “Basentana” Matera until signs near Ferrandina Scalo.

From the Adriatic coast:
Take the Bologna-Taranto motorway exit Bari Nord. Follow signs Altamura-Matera, ie SS 96 and then SS 99.

From Calabria and Sicily:
Motorway Salerno-Reggio Calabria. Exit at Sybaris and the SS 106 Jonica Taranto. Exit at Matera, near Metaponto.
